To view complete listings of books in the Madden Collection or the Williamson Collection, go to http://www.lib.lsu.edu and click on "Advanced Search" in the left-hand column under the "Basic Search" Field.

Leave the search fields blank, click on the "location" drop down list and choose the name of the collection you would like to browse (either David Madden Collection of Civil War Fiction or Williamson Civil War Young People's Collection). Click on the Search Button to see the listing.

You can also enter search terms with your selected location in order to see if specific items are in the collection. Remember that relevant Civil War materials may be in other collections in the LSU Libraries, so be sure to search the entire Libraries collection if you don't find the material you are looking for in these collections.
